My approach to weight management counseling and education is practical, holistic, and based in proven science that promotes whole-body health and customized to your specific body type, lifestyle, needs and personal goals. Rather than focus on yet another specific diet, the goal of our work is changing the relationship you have with food and adjusting your eating patterns in a way that works with your current lifestyle. While shifting ingrained patterns usually isn’t a quick fix and requires a strong commitment to change, this holistic approach is highly effective, successful and sustainable over time and I’m here to help you every step of the way, I look forward to hearing from you soon!
